MAZACURE defines the survey, hydraulics, plant-room space, dosing connections, filtration and controls required for a botanical-ready pool retrofit.
A site survey defines the installation programme. The verified structure, hydraulic system and operating target establish how new dosing, monitoring and treatment equipment integrate with the existing pool.
Begin with the actual system
Confirm measured pool volume, turnover, pump duty, pipe sizes, inlet and outlet layout, filter condition, chemical treatment, heating sequence and current water-quality history. Record the plant-room dimensions, ventilation, drainage, safe lifting route, electrical capacity and service clearances.
Design visualizationMap the proposed operating modes
Will botanical dosing occur in the whole pool or a dedicated vessel? Is the formulation present continuously or only for scheduled sessions? How is it mixed, monitored and removed? Can the treatment loop return the water to normal use within the required time?
These questions determine whether the project needs a dosing connection, bypass loop, additional treatment stage, buffer capacity or changes to circulation.
Use a ready / reconfigure / redesign survey
- Go: documented hydraulics, adequate space and access, compatible equipment, clear tie-in points.
- Conditional: workable with pump, control, drainage, power or pipework upgrades.
- Redesign: access, structure, circulation and water recovery require a verified project solution.
Plan the shutdown and handover
Agree isolation, drainage, installation, testing, recommissioning and owner training before work begins. A short physical installation can still require earlier survey, fabrication and control configuration. The honest schedule includes all of them.
